My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, with a kitchenette that lacked kitchenware and cleaning supplies, had a gas smell which was not pleasant. However, the location was superb, near the shopping street and the beach, in a nice, non-noisy area. The dining option was quite disappointing as it did not live up to expectations.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room wasn't as expected - no sofa beds as paid for, roaches roaming around, some lights not working, and dishes not properly cleaned. On the bright side, the room was clean and nice, even though it didn't match the website's portrayal. The lack of laundry facilities and condiments for the coffee machine were disappointing.

I was thrilled with the superb location of the hotel, steps from Lincoln Road, Collins Ave, and Ocean Drive. The rooms were lovely, although the elevator was tiny, and my room wasn't exactly as expected. The service was decent, but a bit understaffed. The dining experience left much to be desired with minimal breakfast options. The location truly makes up for any shortcomings.
